What has motivated you to stay in the the Military?
MSG Connor:
I concur, and eloquently stated when we as leaders provide commitment and compassion along with training the Soldiers have a model to emulate.
When we belittle and complain and let it be about me the Soldiers have a model to emulate.
MSG Christmas:
There is no greater honor than serving! The generation that served before you paved the way and when you make rank it is not about you.
The magnitude of the big shoulder that mentored and developed us to this point in our career. Thank you for sharing!
SSG Harvey:
I concur, the magnitude to see the whole picture. How we lead and mentor and develop will definitely impact our Nation and our kid's generation.
It is imperative that we meet these Soldiers where they are and pour into them instead of complaining about them.

I have ever had to make. What I have learned along the way is, unlike in the
civilian world, your success is primarily based on the success of those in your
charge. Whether that be Soldiers of whom you directly supervise or those that
tend to gravitate to you. What motivated me was ensuring every Soldier I came
in contact with had everything I was capable of giving them, even if that was
just a shove in the right direction, to ensure their success. I am now a
Battalion Retention NCO, my duty today is to ensure that each and every Soldier
has whatever information they need to make the most informed decision they can.
Doing everything I can to ensure the Soldier makes the best decision based on
his or her situation. Today I find motivation and satisfaction through helping Soldiers
determine the direction of their future. </font></p><font color="#000000" size="3" face="Times New Roman">

SGT Brozzi:
I commend you for your fortitude and your commitment and mentoring is not only apart of your job. Your commitment impacts lives, and provides momentum to ultimately strengthen the core of our Military.
LTC Bruhl,
Respectfully, a Senior's passion is contagious and emulated up and down the Chain of Command. Motivation inspires and achieves amazing momentum.
Sir, respectfully when I look at how I had key leaders that motivated and inspired me by their belief in me. When I was a SSG I was encouraged by a CW5 to put my packet in for Warrant. I made very excuse in the book. He stated you have what it takes!!
SFC Baber:
I concur, the importance of compassion and training to pour into others and strengthen our military. Too much is given much is required! Thank you for sharing!!
PFC Dydasco:
Sounds like you are a screaming eagle, keep pushing and always take the high road.
SFC Swartz:
I commend you for you longevity and passion for God and Country. I just left my Son's school and I volunteer by sharing my Military experiences with them. I motivate, and encourage, this next generation. Tell those stories and encourage this next generation!
I gave Big Army my middle son, same MOS, a Tanker, lol, so am still mentoring and teaching lol!
SFC Warden:
I commend you for your passion, and wisdom in recognizing those that have paved the way before us. It is not about you, it is about preserving military tradition and mentoring the next generation to stand the sacred watch of protecting and defending the Consititution of the United States of America.
