I’m an 18 year old female, I can run an 8 minute mile, do 35 push-ups in 2 minutes and 68 sit-ups in 2 minutes. I start PT for the first time in a couple of days and I’m nervous I’m not where I should be. Is this a good starting point for PT?

I’m in AIT right now and the PT tests are cake, you already do what it takes to pass. You’ll be fine

This would be roughly a 267 depending on if you mean that you can run an 8 minute pace for 2 miles. This is a great starting place but don't be content with it. If you're starting there, with more work, you can be among the high scorers in your unit.

Ha when I went to basic I ran 2 miles in about 22 minutes, did 20 push ups and could do about 20 situps. Ended maxing my situps, killing my pushups, and uh... passing my run. Youre in much better shape than I was, and now am haha.
