Service in military awards us with many talents, work ethics, and skills. Bit for many of us, it seems that we become "institutionalized", so what is/are good advice tips to help is blend in better, but not lose the sharp edge we honed so well! Politics of Corporate America, small business, various governments at any level.....please discuss your experience, successes and roadblocks. SGT Shon "Doc" Hill, US Army.
