CoC said me and other privates have to fill out our isoprep on AKO, what is it for?

It is a pre-deployment tool used in the event that you are either abducted, KIA, or just flat out vanish. It documents identifying marks, contact numbers, and address as well as a full color front and side profile picture against a white background.

Predeployment tool used to identify distinguishing marks (if any) on your body. It also has you create questions and answers to things that only you would know. This is used in case you are ever MIA, POW, etc. and are recovered. It is used to identify you, ensuring you are you. Pictures are taken of your face from the front and profile.

Where do I find ISOPREP Trainging? | RallyPoint
I am traveling overseas to the bahamas and need to do my ISOPREP not sure where to find it? WOuld it be through AKO? Can some one with knowledge please let me know where???

It's not some insidious plot. It didn't have a purpose statement similar to this?
