What is it like working at Army National Guard Warrior Training Center?

I have been seeing lately that the Army National Guard Warrior Training Center has been doing a good bit of "recruiting" ADOS positions online. The other day, I saw that they were offering Airborne school for guardsmen who accept full time work. The WTC seems to be a beneficial place to work. Tons of high-speed potential mentors and great schooling opportunities. Has anybody ever worked there/does anybody know people who work there? I would like to hear about their experiences! Feel free to tag.

Went to sniper school with a guy that worked the pre ranger there. He liked it. He was a CPL with 12 years TIS, but had all the scare me badges. Ran into him 5 years later, he was a SGT.

I went to their Air Assault MTT while I was in Germany, some of the most professional instructors I've ever seen even after a year of being in TRADOC here at Benning. Check their home page here on rally point.
