What is life like for an Army 42A at the White House Communications Agency (WHCA)?

I have been researching the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) assignment and have found some good info online, but I'm looking for someone who has actually been assigned there as an Army 42A. I'm guessing that's a pretty small group of people, but it's worth a shot to ask. Thanks.

Nothing Direct, Second Hand but my Drinking Buddy at Ft Myers Washington DC was WHCA and my 3rd Boss at Sprint was WHCA both had nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. Go for it. Talk about Culturally Enlightening. Being in the Center of the Universe, Highest Clearance there is. "Need to Know" Hell you Need to Know Everything and Get to Know Everything. The Ultimate for a Military Communicator. Make this Naval Communicator Jealous!

Thanks for the comments sir. I know it's only a slim chance to find a 42A out there, since WHCA are mostly communications positions, plus it's such a small group to begin with.

Do it. The Only Draw Back that I know is being inside the Beltway it is pretty spit and polish you are always on show and in the spotlight even working in the bowels of the White House. I went there to be Comms LPO for CNO WWMCCS I ended up being Master at Arms to Chief of Staff Commander Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Much more in the Spotlight than I like.

SGT (Join to see) - I can only tell you my past experience with WHCA. I haven't been their since 2017 so things have probably changed since then. I know the 42 A's pretty much stayed in J1 at the HQ's building. I was a 91D at the time so we traveled everywhere.
