In your organization today or in the past what was most important?

"Mission" "Core Values" "Vision"

How would rank those today if your were in charge?

I work for a Contracting Company. It's a great company but the nature of the Beast is very Mercenary for the Right Price we will sell our souls to the Devil and Have. LOL! Vision, I would have so say Vision, All the Companies and Organizations that I have worked for have Lofty Goals and they try really hard within reason to accomplish those Goals. Core Values are great, hopefully they are more than Words on a Piece of Paper. I think most try and Maintain Core Values but they can be lead astray easily by Customer Demands.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Great example in the corporate world. I've seen less Core Values in the private sector than in the military sector! I don't recall seeing greed and profit at all cost as a core value - just my opinion!

In my opinion Core values transcend the mission and help shape the vision of the organization COL Mikel J. Burroughs
