What is the best OER/NCOER/award bullet that you have seen?
My favorite NCOER was: Soldier could not lead a pack of ants to a picnic.
My favorite award bullet was: Soldier single-handed won the hearts and minds of the Afghan people.
With Soldiers like these maybe we need to go back to an Army of One!

Sir if those are the best bullets you have seen on an award or an evaluation then I feel sorry for you!
I know you meant this to be a funny topic, but the sad truth is that across the Army people struggle with well written anything! To even give a leader the slightest idea that something like this would be ok is just compounding the problem. For the Soldiers (E4 and below) that are present here on rally point, this may prove to them that a lot of leaders just don't care about people! We really need to evaluate what we are posting here and think about the effects it may have on the group. We are part of "rally point, the professional military network" not "rally point the military facebook and comedy club."
Rant complete!
