What is the biggest military movie/TV goof, basically the military Movie/TV mistakes that annoys you the most?

On a different take. Credit to "We were Soldiers". I was EOD at Ft Benning during filming. The film crew came in the unit and asked for WP hand grenade training aid. We gladly provided. It is included in the movie. Pretty good they wanted that small detail right and knew where to ask.

Hollywood actors pretending to be real men.

Calling petty officer Jones seaman.

Movie Battle of the Bulge from the 1960s along with the movie Patton both used obviously American tanks as stand-ins for German panzers.

Shooting endlessly without having to reload. Fake sounds of rounds passing nearby. Lack of concussion when big guns fire. A 1951 model truck in a WWII film. Haircuts. Phony uniform.items that nobody ever wore. No check as to how uniforms shoumd be worn. Phony slang.

Friendly soldier throws a grenade into a machine gun nest. Result: all enemy soldiers are blown out of the position. Eight inch round lands about 20 feet from the good guys. No problem.

The haircuts are wrong in about 90% of modern military movies, and they wear their covers wrong.

All of a sudden there are a bunch of SEALs and SpecOps shows on TV but the one that just annoys the fecal matter out of me is Valor. Everything about is basically BS. Two helicopter pilots sabotage a covert CIA mission, lie about it, file false reports, disclosed classified information to an unauthorized person, the female pilot sneaks off to meet with the male pilot to plot their story - they start to have sex but they caught themselves because that would be wrong. GTFOH. I could go on but it just pisses me off and I want to watch Bama - Georgia in a good mental state.
