What is the biggest military movie/TV goof, basically the military Movie/TV mistakes that annoys you the most?

Fake tanks when they could get the real one,.like the fake tiger in private ryan with open no glasd vision block and 55 gal lid for a hatch

Courage Under Fire. The whole story is based around whether or not the had ammo for the saw. They had ammo for the M16s. Both are 5.56mm and both use M16 magazines.

Wearing hats inside buildings, on ACUs they seem to always have the collars Velcro closed, generally screwed up uniforms, but along with being a Soldier I’m a historian, and it drives me nuts virtually no Civil War movies get uniforms right. Even Gettysburg and Gods and Generals, which aren’t bad, still are full of mistakes.
