My vote is for The Shining, mainly because I was a kid when I first saw it. To this day, odd hotel carpet patterns give me the heebee geebees :)

It's that little girl. She just looks like she has issues. And of course, you have the most terrifying picture of her up there. Just in case my imagination wasn't on point, thank you for that. :/ I just know I'm going to see her walking like a crab down my stairs tonight. That was just awful. Sir, I'm gonna have to vote your question down. This seems mean. LoL

My buddy and I watched that movie while stationed in Germany. I bought it as a means to give us a break from Madden football and really not expecting much outside of a gorefest. That movie won me over with its plot and twist ending. I've been a fan ever since.

Had to throw that in. My Grandfather was in the "old" Navy, pre WWII and then during WWII. I told him the Army was sending me to Panama and he scatted his head and said "I knew a girl once in Panama". Everywhere I'd go "Oh, I knew a couple of girls there". Thanks grandpa for that image.

My Grandma collects those awful dolls. She has a room set up for guests, but I don't know who in the hell would sleep in there because each wall is lined with multiple shelves with those demonic things sitting there, plotting. I found 4 in absolutely pristine condition at a garage sale one day, and because I love my grandmother, I wanted to buy them. Since I don't love the idea of being dragged under my bed where they will do unspeakable things to me, I also talked the owner into selling me a not-for-sale suitcase that locks. I had to pay $5 per doll and $40 for that suitcase. It was totally worth it. I locked them in the suitcase, then locked them in the trunk of my car, then locked the car when I got out, and locked the front door when I went in. I'm still alive, so clearly all my safety measures worked.

Yeah, I don't think you pay me to sleep in a room with those creepy, porcelain dolls on the shelf. I'd walk in, say "NOPE!", do an about-face and walk out.
