I can't speak for a 25U, but in terms of military life, there is no such thing as "clocking" in or out. UCMJ and status of Soldier applies to you during your entire time in the military aka 24/7. Sometimes you spend a week or three in the field training with no days off. In general garrison life, you can usually expect weekends off and done for the day at about 1700ish, depending on your work load. Typically Army units run physical training first thing in the morning say 0630 (though that will vary) to 0800, breakfast, shower, dressed for the day and back at work at 0930, Lunch at 1200, back to work at 1300 until complete.

Really depends on your unit. Most my friends went to great units and actually do there job and know what to do. I got shafted and am at a unit that has no need for me and me being the only 25U and 1/3 25 series in my company makes it hard to learn anything and I never do my job. I don’t touch radios or anything of the sort. I don’t dislike the mos I wish I could do it but I’m thinking of reclassify to be useful. 25B is probably the most useful 25 series. But I also heard in the near future they will merge most 25 series into one
