SPC Margaret Higgins the main problem I faced when I joined the military, was every unit I went to it deactivate and inactivated. I went to 4 units in the first 5 years of my career. I guess its life. Its called changes!

Maintaining 5th generation jets. It is incredibly hard to implement changes or lessens learned to help improve maintenance standards.

Thinking back, the main problem I had was with my finances. I took a major pay cut going into the AF, and it took several years to bring my thinking into line with my means.
