What is the minimum time you are required to be at an assignment (CONUS) before you can request to PCS?

24-36 months is the current norm for MTOE assignments, 18-24 months for TDA. Yes, DA wants to try to keep tour lengths longer for initial termers. That is not the case as you gain rank. Only so many E-7 and above positions, with the right qualifications.
Ok, there are numerous answers to this depending on who you ask, BUT the regulation says 12 months. Even then there are a couple of instances where you can PCS under 12 months, but that's where those extenuating circumstances come into play. UNLESS it's a no cost move.
Now about the 12 months......a lot of times Divisions or major HQs will push back and cite their own regs, SOPs, directives, and any other command driven document to keep people, and will put up a stink. But if there's a compelling reason, and it's beneficial to the Army (key), they can move you at the 12 month mark. Branch won't like it unless they're driving it though......

I second what SGT (Join to see) said.
My branch leadership just told me this same thing but of course there are always options for special circumstances so hopefully you have some success.
Also, MSG (Join to see) and SSG Joaquin Goicoechea are career counselors who Im sure can answer any additional questions you may have.

Special circumstances = the assignment manager had their favorite meal for dinner the night prior, the move is in their benefit (not yours), and they felt like actually doing something positive. Not sure how it is in your CMF, but for 20+ years assignment managers in mine have been oxygen thieves that quote assignment scripture to one person then tell another something completely different to another person.

12 months unless you put in for 30 days leave. That is the deal I worked out with branch to leave Rucker.

I was told that it is now 36 months time on station when CONUS, but of course that didn't work for me since Branch decided I would be better off in Korea.

My Career Counselor told me that the requirement for our Division is 3 years, unless the gaining unit has a Priority 1 or Priority 2 slot for the soldier's MOS in his/her pay grade.

So it sounds as though it may vary by division.

I went to several of my leaders and peers over the years and i have been told more than once that it’s 12 months if you were put on orders for your current duty station. If you re-enlisted for your current duty station, you must complete 75%, but i don’t believe that information is completely accurate considering that i re-upped for Irwin on a 5yr contract and had only been on station for 32 months when i got put on orders to PCS with report date within 4 months.
Honestly, i have already been at my current station for 12 months and i’m going next week to retention to try and get the hell out of here.

I am stationed at fort bliss. How long will I need to be at station before eligible for next PCS move?

I'm at 19 months TOS right now. I emailed branch last week (currently awaiting reply). If they can't get me out of here, I will reenlist for duty station ( Mos is balanced as of 5 Jan). We will see what branch has to say first. That will leave my reenlistment open for a school ( I want Airborne school)

If you want Airborne School I would reenlist for it. Unless there are Airborne elements at your station it will require you to be assigned to an Airborne Unit (resulting in a PCS)

Generally 18 months is the bare minimum. However, the Army has been trying to increase tour lengths (3-4 years) in an effort to save money on PCS moves. The less you move someone, the less you spend on the costs associated with PCS's.

I was in Ft. Riley KS for 11 months. I used my reenlistment option to get out of there. I was told I had to do a minimum of 12 months on station until I could leave. Turned out to be a little less.
