What is the regulation, if any, on ACU "Party Shirts"?

I like these shirts but are they only authorized to wear at a Ball / Evening Social Function? Could not find it in the reg. Would this be covered under a local command policy of some sort?

Reminds me of the Navy Dress Blues liberty cuffs - that was one tradition that I wanted to bring back when I was a FC1 many moons ago :)

These have been tradition for a long time. You can't tell until you take the jacket off. Big in Korea. It's not an "anymore" thing. It's a 1980-1990's thing when these were huge.

Mine is a little more subdued. I don't have a picture of the back. It's red with gold embroidered crossed sabers and the words "United States Cavalry."
