In my two years at Yamato HS there were only two nights when I was home before
0200 hrs --- the nights I was too sick to get out of bed. On the plus side were the
many friendships with the mostly USAF dependents at school; and the excellent
teachers that the DOD provided.
Best of all was the summer I spent doing Medical Research at the USAF Hospital
for the Chief Pathologist --- for about $0.35 an hour.
