What is your favorite overseas location to live or visit?

I enjoyed living in Montichiari, Italy. A small town not too far from Lago di Garda a resort lake in northern Italy and many other famous tourist destinations in Italy and the surrounding countries. I also enjoyed the diamond in the rough called the Azores. Everyone in the Azores was relaxed and easygoing.
