That explains the Kavanaugh debacle, but those percentages apply to all nine justices and go all the way back to Justice Kennedy who was appointed by President Reagan.

Maj John Bell - Point taken. I have no idea why most of them do what they do, but it's counterproductive at times. Load weapon, point at foot, pull trigger.

Apparently what you heard from Kavanaugh was a partisan attack. What I heard was a man defending himself from a partisan attack.
