I attached what I use to make my business, budgeting and investing as smooth as can be. I recommend everyone to get Sigfig, mint and robinhood. Sigfig allows you to combine all of your brokerage accounts (including TSP) and gives you advice on asset allocation and daily P/L. Mint allows you to set a budget and will warn you when you're over budget on groceries, fast food, etc and Robinhood is commission free investing ( http://share.robinhood.com/codyb7)

USAA. I have used USAA for all my insurance, banking, and investment services for many years. They led the way in mobile banking. (And no, I'm not an employee or an investor. Just a helluva happy customer)

Same here sir. I've been a USAA customer for over 2 decades. I can do everything from check my balances to deposit checks using my phone.

I hear a lot of good things about USAA, and I might consider USAA for something like investments; however, I will never forget the utter shock they gave me when I asked for an auto insurance quote, and was told it would be (I kid you not) 3 times what I was already paying! Needless to say, I opted not to go with them for insurance.

SGT Dave Tracy - I would love to hear what company is providing you with insurance at 1/3 the rate USAA quoted. Whenever I receive telemarketing calls for auto insurance, I simply say I have USAA and they hang up. When I went to AAA to register my car for the year (saves a trip to the DMV) they tried to sell me their insurance until I mention I have USAA. I've heard of some who might save me a couple of dollars but their service could never match USAA.

CPT Jack Durish - Yeah, I guess for some folks it's a heck of a deal, but the quote I got was SO outlandish it turned me off to them. When I got that quote, it was in '09, and I haven't inquired with them since. The insurance I had then, and still have, is Progressive. Same company I've been with since around, '04 or '05.
Not sure what the justification was. No accidents ever; 1 moving violation in '07 (under 10mph over speed limit, prior to that nothing since '97); a couple glass claims before and since; credit score at that time, I don't know, probably middle of the road give or take, but certainly never 300-400 fico score bad.
