Can you think of a job or career field that we are missing that would contribute to our organization?

350V/35V - Collection Manager. And, like the 35L, you have to be an NCO to hold the MOS. Right now all we have is the ASI Q7 (I am the only green suiter instructor for the course), and the Soldiers have to be an NCO minimum. If we have an entirely seperate MOS, it would be easier to place them into the right positions instead of randomly selecting someone to fill that position that has no clue how to really do the job.

I can relate to that.  I remember being assigned as the Collection Manager at Fort Gordon.  Talk about feeling lost for awhile.  It makes since to make it an MOS, but one I would refer to as a transitional.  I do believe you should be an NCO, WO, or Commissioned Officer with an MI MOS first.  I firmly believe you need some solid MI experience before being a Collection Manager.  Once you go through the CM course, you should be awarded an MOS for it and that can lock you into that roll for the rest of your career.  Why spend the money on sending someone through the course, then they PCS someplace where they work as a 35F, G, L, etc and the place they left now has to send someone else to the course?  To me the Army is spending a lot of money training someone to do something for two years and then they may never do it again.  That's not a good return on investment.

Landscaper. Duties would include mowing, police calls, and turning rocks over to improve uniformity.

I think we should go back to soldiers taking care of the post. Stop paying the contracts to mow/weed-eat/rake. And make units keep their areas clean. Like AIT 10 years ago. Raking lines in the Sand...
