Roger, I'm tracking those courses, I have almost all of those done, I was just looking to pass some time and educate myself on new courses.

Check out the senior enlisted joint professional military education course SEJPME. It's a pretty good one. If I'm not mistaken it's being debated if this should be a pre-requisite for master leader course.

MSG,

Thanks, I have heard of this course, it seems to be popular with most seniors taking it.

It is. I had never heard of it until I saw someone on here talking about it. I took it last year and by no means is it a gimme course. Took me a couple days working on and off at it.

SFC(P) (Anonymous) I found it. I can't log into JKO, my gov computer is at work. I have to finish the instructional design basic course, then I'll shoot for the SEJPME II. Thanks for the heads up.

There NO online course eligible to placed on the ERB under section IV Militaye Education. That section for RESIDENT courses only!! Leaders, please STOP mis-informing your Soldiers. We have had to do multiple audits on Soldiers for these FRAUDUALENT courses and several NCOs now face losing rank due to the placement of online courses on the resident course section.

SFC (Join to see) - There are JKO (Joint Knowledge Online) courses but, again, those cannot be used in that section. All online and JKO type courses identified as approved by HRC can be placed under ACCP/Correspondence course section.

Check the Army Regulation. AR- 600-8-104, chapter 5. It is not just for resident courses. DL courses(this is online courses) can go in that section according to the reg.

@MSG Eric Murray here is a better copy of the regulation. I answered the OP’s specific question as the regulation indicates that resident courses must be listed in ATRRS (which has 99% resident courses). There are a select few ATRRS courses that are given under military direction through VTC and these are authorized for adding to the SRB (ERB is no longer used). To answer on Abroad term, yes DISTANCE LEARNING courses can be added to the SRB but only in the designated section. The OP was asking about section VI and that area is what I was answering about. Here are better copies of the regulation for everyone’s own review.

I found this page, there's a PDF link under ACCP courses that seems fairly extensive I just thought you might possibly find useful, many thanks.

Maybe I should have clarified my question since my intelligence is being questioned. I'm already tracking Tradoc 350-18, AR 621-5 or AR350-1. There are plenty more regulations I can find information on schools, so here is my question again. "What online army courses under JKO has been taking by soldiers that qualify with 40 credit hours which is allowed on the ERB education. I'm looking for any new classes that soldiers have found under JKO and are noticed by S1 to put on Section VI of ERB.

The Military Education section is for 40+ hour resident courses. "Computer Based (online) Training courses cannot be selected in eMILPO under resident military training."
Now, if you haven't already maxed out your correspondence course hours (475 hours) the easiest way to add to those hours is to go on ALMS and take ANY class that begins with "ACCP" as the title. There are plenty outside of ALMS, that was just the easiest way for me to max my hours in like only 7 or 8 courses.

SGT (Join to see) - No, not correspondence courses, those are to easy to find. I was looking for other courses that relate to leadership development or courses that can be added to ERB. So far I have heard from many comments that there isn't any and only resident courses can be added and others state there are. I understand that HRC has set guidelines, but I'm seeing way to many leaders and subordinates with classes other than residential on their education portion of ERN.

so in this case certain classes with a certification can be added to the erb but they will not receive promotion points for those classes and will not reflect on their ppw. This is how our S1 explained it to me when i had the same question. I couldn't find that written anywhere but I'm sure it is. Made sense to me and that's what I pass along to others.

SFC, the only issue with those JKO courses is that are not resident courses, those that seen to match the yes or not list are resident courses. So as by told by a BDE S1 if you add those JKO courses and get selected for promotion you might get audited and promotion revoked.

SFC (Join to see) SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL SGM Erik Marquez I am sure it is covered under one of the administration regs AR 600-?.

As a SFC/Platoon SGT, I am surprised that you do not already know where to go for the information.
How do you make sure your soldier's records are correct and up to date for promotion and school selection?

Your supporting personnel office records manager can tell you the criteria for authorized courses.

SGM,
No disrespect SGM, but I am well aware of regulations and how to get information for my soldiers. I was just using this forum to see if anyone of my fellow senior leaders know of courses that I haven't already completed. There are always new course being placed on JKO.

SFC (Join to see) I guess a lot has changed since I retired beside the 4th ID leaving Fort Hood. There used to be a listing at the Education Center of MOS, leadership and specialty training courses. Retirees do not see the improvements in how training is conducted. I remember touring the various simulators on Hood.
The Army has come a long from when I was SFC in 1987. My soldiers loaded software and fielded company level Zenith PCs and Laptops for all 2nd COSCOM units
