I'll start with coconut oil (cooking and lotion), baking soda (teeth and post-workout), and apple cider vinegar (cleaning and warts).

Your entire diet should be organic whole foods with a minimum of animal products (no more than 10% of your calorie intake), and processed foods. If you eat that way, most OTC drugs won't be needed. As for medicinal plants, my wife loves peppermint oil for sore muscles. Don't have anything else we use consistently, or need, for that matter.

Sorry. Neither God nor evolution intended you to be a herbivore. You have incisors for a reason, and it isn't to crunch carrots.

SN Greg Wright - The Eden diet consisted of fruits, nuts, and grains. After the fall, vegetables were added. Flesh foods were not added until after the flood, and they were added to shorten the life span to 70 years from 900. Daniel and his three friends requested a simple vegetarian diet, and were found 10 times wiser than their meat eating and alcohol consuming compatriots.

You do not have the teeth of a dog for tearing meat, nor the teeth of a bovine for eating grass, but rather unique teeth to go along with your freedom to choose what you will eat. I encourage you to study the effects of eating meat upon your body. If you wish to achieve optimal health, you will limit your intake of calories from animal sources to just 10% or less of your overall intake.

Assuming you're talking about forcing sleep, I'd prefer to focus on keeping the same sleep schedule daily.

Yoga works, along with meditation{Zen Buddhism }; and always ask your PCP for herbal cures vs. narcs.

Please, please, please....! if you are going to take herbal supplements (especially essential oils) consult with you physician first. As an EMT, I've responded to far too many bad drug interactions between a cocktail of prescription drugs, OTC's and herbal supplements.
