I'm currently on T-Mobile but recently I've come across a phone company called Defense Mobile and it seems to be cheaper and a better price then all the other major phone companies which is what I want and need.

Bring that phone over. Make sure T-Mo unlocks it, and then you can drop one of our SIMs in it and pick up ATT signal.

Will do, how do I get the SIMS? Do I have to order one online and buy one?

Online right now. I'm actually on the road doing retail setup at the moment, though.

I have used AT&T for a long time. They have changed from Cingular to AT&T and visa versa I was grandfathered into so many plans.

I have never had a problem with them and always have good coverage wherever I go.

Come on over. See my run-down in LTC (Join to see) 's post below. Our SIMs are quite literally AT&T signal.

Never heard of Defense Mobile- it all depends on what data plan you are on. A lot of companies (like Sprint) try to lowball you on some great deal for service. Once you check out the cost of the phones & add a good bit of data, the deal looks a little less good for switching.

I used to have T-Mobile & Sprint. T-Mobile was good, but later switched to Sprint for a few years. Their billing practices & lack of customer service made me want to kick them to the curb.

Now I have Metro PCS and there service is not all that great- but the price can't be beat (even the new T-Mobile Military Plans). I pay $110 for three lines, unlimited everything (data, text, and voice) including 10GB data per line for Mobile Hotspot.

I recommend checking Metro PCS out- Oh, if you break a phone, you can get a new one at an Upgrade price every 30 days if you want.

Does Defense Mobile beat my Mobile PCS pricing?

I personally haven't heard of Defense Mobile, but would be interested in hearing more. I use AT&T and haven't had any major issues with them. Please share more details as you get it Angelo!

That's my company. Ask away.

The BLUF: We're using the same towers most people are now (AT&T, Sprint are now active, Verizon's are in final testing before we provision people on them, and T-Mo should be by year end) for considerably less cost. Non Contract, prepaid.

We set aside 10% of our profit to go back to the military community via non profits, the VSOs, etc. In fact, VFW and American Legion members get an additional 10% off our service for life as a member benefit. Use your ID# when signing up as verification of service.

100% of our member care team wore the uniform and served or is serving honorably. ~75% of the leadership and management team did as well.

We develop other free apps and services designed for us (notably the milisource app-http://milisource.defensemobile.com, which acts as a turbotax like tool for connecting you to federal, state, and local benefits you earned).

SGT (Join to see) - If Defense Mobile still existed, you could have. Was a darned good product, but the investors pulled the plug about two years ago. I was the first one gone, in fact (who needs a sales dude when it's being shut down). The shutdown was ugly, in fact, and broke my heart to see.

I've used DefendeMobile for six months now, and no complaints. Cheap, reliable, good customer service.
