Quick question since its been a long time since I have been in the army
Let's say a married intel soldier just got out of basic training that hasnt even been to ait only to the language school cheated, got pregnant, broke curfew , stayed off post got a hotel, denied bag to the spouse for 3 months (no spousal maintenance), broke the 100 mile travel limit. And hasn't even been to a.i.t but is in language school. What would the outcome be? What kind of discharge and how long would that take?

I'm not going to beat around the bush on this. If I were her NCO/Cadre and I were presented this information, I would strongly recommend a 15-6. And if the investigation came back with findings matching what is accused, then I would fully recommend a Field Grade Article 15 with dismissal from Service with nothing higher than a Bad Conduct Discharge.
As for what the normal outcome is, that is up to the Commander and Legal.
Also, if you haven't done so, I would recommend you seek a Divorce Lawyer and start the proceedings now. Naturally seeking full custody and child support. I am curious, though. Did she confess these things to you? If so, were they verbal, written (letter/text/email), or were you notified by someone else?

SPC Joseph Casares - Again, contact a lawyer and provide all documentation that you had a vasectomy, and that your count is zero...plus all other documents of proof so that you aren't nailed will paternity. File for divorce and just cut your losses and pop smoke from her.

Yeah that's what I said I turned it all into her commander and so far he hasnt done anything we have 3 kids together. She cant even handle the kids we have if i leave for 30 min ou tes without calling me to come home cause they are driving her crazy. Hopefully in the divorce I'll get the kids.

I honestly have no real idea what might happen to her, but she is IET still so I'd take a guess not as harsh as if she was in for awhile. Failure to adapt or some crap like that maybe?

SPC Joseph Casares - You do realize that this information, while on a semi-closed group, is not at all private? I would not put my marital business out for public consumption. It can only do more damage. Just a thought

I would recommend that you raise these concerns with the language school leadership. The problem with an adultery charge is the burden of proof. Without one or both of the parties involved admitting infedility or photographic evidence, proving it always turns into a he said/she said. Now, if you have documented proof, hand copies over to the SM’s leadership and your lawyer.

Her school is sweeping everything under the rug they have 4 other soldiers that have committed adultry and they are all letting them walk with just article 15s with no loss of pay or rank which makes me sick this ain't the same army I served I thought it was about accountability

SPC Joseph Casares sad, but some service schools don’t really want to deal with a chapter, they just want to move them on to their next unit.

SFC (Join to see) I've noticed I tried taking it to IG and they said they was going to take it to battalion because they weren't doing anything at the company level but never did and I have evidence to give them like I said from my medical stuff to my bank accounts showing I was back in Wisconsin while she got pregnant in cali
