My tree weighs over 200 pounds. Wrestling that thing up the stairs left me smoked. I have never had to move it alone before...

I'll be simple and say the scheduled workout for that day in the morning and in the evening do the workout scheduled for Christmas.

I'm just sad most of the gyms are closed, and the only one open doesn't have a squat rack...and it's supposed to be leg day. :(

Depending on the weight of my fork I'll be doing deadlift to the mouth ; glass curls (drinking water) to the mouth ; 1 set of squatting on the couch ( staying put) then I'll do the closed eye method workout!

I hit the gym and did some light chest. Tomorrow i'll go hit the treadmill and log about 3-5 miles and do some light shoulders, traps and arms.
