The most Uplifting thing I have seen on this site is Veteran's supporting each other. We all have different opinions, but we put our minds to work and sound off what we think is our Best answer. I have had so many wonderful Responses from Veteran's, I thank you. I feel like it is a little Community where we all can come and voice our words.

The ongoing comradery and positive comments are always uplifting. There have been a few times I have read a question or comment and told myself that it was troll bait like nothing else but I generally find most answers are well thought out and connecting instead of destructive.

I was unaware of RallyPoint until this contest. With the brief look I had upon joining, it appears to be a good spot for like minded Veterans to share thoughts, ideas and helpful advice. Much like a Facebook group I belong to from my old duty station, but this one seems to be "vetted" much much better. Thank you. I look forward to many hours of sharing in the future.

The subtle and graceful way this community deals with differences in outlook or belief. While the current uniformed and civilian leadership of our DOD is antithetical to many of my foundational beliefs and practices, I remain proud of my years of active duty, reserve service in a unit and as an individual mobilization assignment. The opportunity for personal maturation and responsibilities well beyond what I thought were possible prepared me for a lifetime of trust, confidence and respect for others. Seeing this opportunity being available to folks young enough to be my grandchildren, I give thanks for the “watch one, do one, teach one” mantra I repeated to those who came after me and it still goes on today.

Veterans being able to receive free emergency care if in a suicidal Crisis. This is amazing. Especially with the current state of our economy and challenges that add to the stress of our Veterans. <3
