What's the quickest way to memorize how to do PRT?

This is how they taught us when I went through WLC:
Be - Bend and reach
Right - Rear lunge
Here - High jumper
Real - Rower
Soon - Squat bender
With - Windmill
Fluffy - Forward lunge
Pancakes- Prone row
Behind - Bent leg body twist
Popeye's - Push-up
Be - Bend and reach
Right - Rear lunge
Here - High jumper
Real - Rower
Soon - Squat bender
With - Windmill
Fluffy - Forward lunge
Pancakes- Prone row
Behind - Bent leg body twist

I don’t have pneumonic devices for the other two drills- but hopefully that helps.
