I recently moved to Killen Tx, near Ft Hood, and my New Year's resolution is to open doors to a new psychiatric clinic by the military base to help the community, the veterans, the military personnel and their families. The facility requires quite a bit of renovations, so that's the goal, to renovate and start operating in a physical location, rather than just online.

To get into better shape and plan more time for my family.

I resolve to taking at least two deep breaths before I respond to things that cause me tension. I want to be remembered as someone who is understanding and thoughtful of others feelings.

My 2023 resolution is to play more guitar and write more songs. For over ten years I've been in the normy working world, and have really made myself too busy to consistently practice on my guitar and write new songs. In 2023 I intend to spend a little less time at work, and a little more time writing music. When I was young, I fully intended on making a living writing and performing original music. Of course, I fell short, mostly due to drug and alcohol addiction. These days I am sober, and now I might have a better shot at achieving my musical dreams.
