My resolution is summarized in one word Family. Our family has been through so much recently. Son moved across the US to attend dental school, husband had heart attack over Thanksgiving and were in process of sending our daughter to college. So yeah Family is super important to me.

My new years resolution is to be a better example of what a “healthy” lifestyle looks like for my children. Making fitness a fun and regular part of week and providing more nutritional options that they can enjoy.

For 2023, I am committed to perk up my savings account in preparation of moving, internationally, in 2024. Along the way, I want to lose 75 lbs. I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease, so at least I’m able to be a conscious eater this year. Also, eating at home to save money should help me with eating healthier.

Try heathintegrations.com on how to eat gluten-free. I've had to do it too.

Try the Healthy Weight app. You can bet on yourself and double your money. I'm doing it too, for the same 15 pounds

I actually lost 20 lbs. just by cutting out sugar. I'm 6'2", wasn't overweight anyway but went from 195 (My weight the last 40 years) to 175.

REALLY Y'all?! ENOUGH with this SAME stupid question that 80 % of Folks out there, ALWAYS seem to ask (do NOT "axe" Me, lmao!) other Folks Before December comes to an End! Fine, here's My DUMB answer to Y'all's DUMB question: My "New Year's Resolution" is to STAY FAR AWAY from BOTH sides of this NONSENSE Propaganda Political Bull - S H i T because BOTH sides ARE LIARS, BOTH sides are USING US AMERICANS, and BOTH sides ARE FULL of CORRUPT "Leaders"! We're living in a Bull - S H i T Clown World where MANY men are PRETENDING to be women and MANY women are PRETENDING to be men (WTF?)! So BOTH sides can go to hell and SHUT UP Already (oh and i also Really WANT to take up classes on learning how to be better at photography, at gardening, at sewing and/or at playing the piano), lol, lol, lol ! :- )

Eat more fat. Way I figure, you can’t run from problems. You have to face them.
