Do better at keeping up with friends and family. Life is too short to let so much time pass between conversations.

Spend more time doing creative work.

To go out do some Gold Prospecting.

Resolutions rarely work

Relax

My therapist says resolutions are destructive. Either do or don't do.

To run at least 5 days a week! I used to run everyday when I was in high school and I actually enjoyed it. Im trying to get back into that motion.

You know, New Years resolutions in todays society seems to have become more of a thing to say or better yet even just content for ones social media profiles. However, I do feel that when you reach a certain age in life and have come to the realization while reflecting back that life hasn't always been the best, and the tough times you endured seemed to have been compounded overwhelmingly against you, yet you still persevered through it all and you fought valiantly for your piece of the true happiness pie. Its then that I do actually believe that those sentiments or goals or promises to yourself seem to have so much more meaning behind them. And you'll find that you are holding yourself accountable to those resolutions. What's the moral of my rant? Well...…that I'm old as dirt and really don't have time for games anymore. lol So my new years resolution is to strive to be a little bit better of a person than I was the day before. And if my bad math serves me correctly, by day 365, I will be very proud of myself.
