Stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with my inner emotions and, instead, accept that these deeper feelings are appropriate responses to certain situations that should not prevent me from moving forward in their lives. My new year's resolution is to read the Bible in its entirety this year. The Bible app has a program that I'm enrolled in. I've been reading it before bed. I hope to grow in my wisdom and humility.

To be more involved in the local senior center community. I know that when I'm not there my presence is missed especially among the senior veterans, where some are wheelchair bound or have some form of dementia.
