Ladies and Gentlemen, I need your help. A friend of mine in the D.C. area went out to see the memorials and sights around the city before they move back west to start a new chapter of life and was confronted by an unfortunate site at the World War II memorial. Her story is below, but what I need help with is finding out who to speak to about this issue, all of the congressional websites I looked at will not allow me to upload the photograph....
