Nashville TN, at least it was before the music changed. I have to find a new place now.

It's been a long time since my family went on vacation but Beaches resorts are all inclusive and have a wide variety of activities for adults, children, and everyone to do together as well. They offer daycare and breakfast with cookie monster!! All while experiencing Jamaica and its finest views. We had access to the surrounding activities i.e zip lining, river walk, horseback riding. My babies are grown now but these memories will last a lifetime.

Ireland was one of the most amazing places where we went on vacation. Friendly people, amazing things to see and small enough to make car travel really easy.

Visit Gogerty's/Temple Bar. 4 stories of fun. Each floor is a new adventure, drinking w. locals, learning River dance, fine dining. B & B on the top. When the British attacked, Dr. Gogerty DDS jumped into the Liffey & swam under the docks, to escape.

The most magical and amazing location for us would be Cartagena, Colombia. The water is so clear and beautiful, with black sand. Fresh ceviche and fresh fruit available right there on the beach. Your can order beautiful fresh fish meals that they will deliver right to you on the beach.

PO1 Kevin Dougherty Yes, the harbour area is a bit different from the touristy Boca Grande. We love going to the Walled City. We first went for our honeymoon in 2008. I think we've returned 6 times now. It just seems to "call" us back.

I may go back someday, but there are so many other places to visit, both here in the US and in our heritage. I'm Irish and Swedish/Ashkenazi Jew from the Latvia/Lithuanea/Belarus region. My wife is Scottish/Irish/Cherokee and Welsh/Brittany (Celtic) French/Cherokee. So we want to visit those areas and, of course, Israel.

When we were stationed in Germany, we pegged Interlaken as our #1 vacation spot. In the same day we whitewater rafted in 80F+ degree weather, we also went up to Jungfrau to walk through an ice tunnel, throw snowballs and watch folks on dogsleds. Pretty sweet skiing in the winter too: https://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/
The view and adventure platform at 3454 meters above sea level unites in a place that fascinates people of the Alps: a majestic backdrop of ice, snow and rock with breathtaking far-sightedness.

Just about any where on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, the ocean all around, lots of things to do, lots of great hotels, Motels and Restaurants on or near the water.

Other places in New England such as Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine also are great places to go on vacation, all of of which I have done so.
