Your Guard unit would have to agree with transfer to active duty. They may require you to spend at least a year in the Guard. Otherwise, talk to active duty recruiters. Keep an open mind. Take the offer that aligns most with your personal goals and ambitions.

The Army transition is the more likely of the three. I wonder why you did not make this decision prior to BT, you have added time and process to your career ladder. The Navy, another Service, you would have to attend their training program as well. The likelihood depends on their current recruitment status. As for the Coast Guard they are not DOD and much smaller organization. They have a respectable mission defending our National water way, but they do not offer the International travel and deployment opportunities in defense of our nation. They do however do great work and provide a necessary role in the overall defense of the country. It all comes down to what you are looking for. The service most closely tied to the Army style mission is the Marines. So figure out what you want and go for it. Thank you for your service.

It depends.
Your TAG needs to release you. Lots of people do it but I also hear of people having problems doing it.
