What should I expect at the Aviation Warrant Officer board? Any advice or tips? Questions they'll ask? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I suggest you make an appointment to see a MEDEVAC pilot to pick his/her brains.

It depends if you are Guard or active duty. The process is very different for each. I can speak much for active duty but for National Guard you will have 2 boards. The aviation board will come first and will be composed of aviators looking for the future of their unit. Don't bullshit them. Be yourself. You shouldn't be expected to know everything about aviation but you need to go in there knowing what you want. Army aviation isn't Top Gun and you are not Lt. Pete Mitchell. Being a pilot is having a license to study for the rest of your life and the second you think you know everything your senior warrants will give you a healthy serving of humble pie and tear you up before you embarrass yourself and the rest of the warrant officer corps. They will probably ask you why you deserve it more than all the other candidates and only you can come up with that answer. Shoot me a message if you have any specific questions and I'd be glad to answer them for you. Good luck.

The second board is your federal recognition board. This is where they evaluate if you are officer material. After the aviation board this one is a piece of cake. Again be yourself. You've made it to E-6 so you obviously have leadership qualities. Fed rec is a breeze. Did you take the AFAST or whatever they are calling it these days?

Yeah, you'll have both a FEDREC board and an aviation board. I had not for CA ARNG. I'm in flight school right now. Expect generic aviation questions, like maybe traffic pattern legs, terms like VOR, NDB, ILS, GPS, METAR, etc, a few generalized warrant questions, etc. all depends on your background. I was a military ATC and am a civilian in the faa, so they skipped all the rudimentary aviation questions like the above for me since it would have been a waste of time, but they did ask about turbine engines (suck squeeze bang blow), etc. make sure your ASUs are good to go, plays a big part of it.
Hope this helps! Good luck
