I dont encourage them it's not worth it. The challenge is gone, discipline is gone. The lethality is not the priority and I don't wanna see the next generation die for it.

Offer more incentives and sign on bonuses. That's why I joined the Army.

I seriously spit our military is engaging in the political whim of whatever woke is! I do believe they are offering a new level of military awareness concerning social issues that make as many comfortable in the military network! The military has previously done a wonderful job of advertising! It should continue. My grandson just optedted out of full time military as a am army recruiter! He was unhappy with the amount of paperwork that went with the assignments! The military should always be in the process of changing to meet the demands of every potential soldiers needs! Physical mental a soulfulness that feeds their desire to be a part of the M.I.C. I think most young military enlisted are looking for involvement in action where all three of those human elements can be worked into the program that inspires achievement towards the greater good of keeping our country safe!

It will be difficult because it requires social change. The generation of current high school and college students have often been taught the United States is terrible. Factual American History without liberal or (seldom) conservative ideology influenced commentary isn't taught in most schools. In this situation, it is difficult to get young people to align their person goals with those of the Country. Some young people are taught to have pride in their country and given a factual, positive view of US history. Most often they get this at home. I agree with SSG William Jones. Young people are looking to see a purpose in their Service that will give their life meaning. Telling them that the DoD satisfies DIE goals and standards won't help. They need to understand that the DoD is here to fight and win our nation's wars. To protect our citizens against those who would kill us and destroy your nation. The pay and benefits need to be touted also. It's a darn good deal to be in the military with a stable income and future benefits, plus valuable and free skills training.

Encouraging the next generation to serve in the military may be done by communicating what benefits are available. With a focus and emphasis through means of social media and events sponsored by the military. An outreach team also could be used to share stories of how the military has changed people's lives for the better. Providing updated information on health care, educational benefits, technical training, and financial stability will be important to encourage more reasons to enlist. Finally using military technical trades to have a direct connection with civilian schools, to advance their training seamlessly if the veteran decides to. God Bless.
