Before we deployed we were averaging about 1530. Our afternoons looked like this
1200-1300- Lunch
1300-1400- Oak tree counselings/last minute prep for next week company clean up.
1400-1430-Company safety brief
1500-1520-Battalion awards and safety brief
1520-1530-last minute finish up duty.

CWO4 (Join to see) at my current station, we work until 1800 (at least) everyday except Sunday. Their motto here seems to be more like Mission first, always and nothing else! Unfortunately, it's not very realistic nor should it apply to everyone...

I usually leave around Wednesday. I kid, I kid. Can't do that I report to the company president. But he never checks on me his the best boss I have ever had and the company is the best company I've ever worked at in my 35 yr career.
