You people can't read.

The question is NOT, "What was the pettiest or silliest thing you saw someone COUNSELED for?", it's "What Was The Pettiest or Silliest Thing You Saw Someone CONSULTED For?"

Consult - to seek advice or information from; ask guidance from; to consider or deliberate; take counsel; confer

Anyone want to try again?

Hilarious, this is our military. Can't read or follow instructions. I think that's the best answer. Being consulted on which way to go because they lost the group, and then had to go get the whole group because some dummy didn't listen to the entire instruction. So, they took off with assumption and everyone just followed. Yep. Hahahaha. This is hilarious

That because a female in my Unit had gotten a sunburn over the weekend & that she could get an article 15. Never happened as far as I know but seemed silly & a waste of time. Good reason to use more sunscreen LOL.

Single parent getting counseled for “absenteeism” during height of pandemic related childcare closures. This, despite ONLY having taken leadership approved leave! Wish it wasn’t so, but it happened to me. There should be stronger guidelines in place, vice ability to pass these out like candy.

I seen a swimpool tech go in for putting acid in his eye.
He thought that it was eye drops.
The acid you use for checking the chlorine level in your pool.
They had to give his eye an inama.

I was outside doing yard work with 5 males. They removed their green shirts, so did I. Within 20 minutes the Sgt. in charge of us came out & told me I had to put my shirt back on. As I was complying, he started to leave. I asked him why the guys didn't have to put their shirts back on. I had the appropriate t-shirt & was wearing the required white bra, why just me? I was told I had to wear my outer green shirt because I was a distraction. True story. It was a hot summer day, the shirt made it very long.
