Just got processed into the Reserve. First couple meetings were very productive, and my recruiter was always available to answers questions/concerns. After MEPS, my SF-86 was completely messed up, recruiter not taking back my calls, paperwork lost..
Welcome to the military I guess
EDIT: I certainly don't want this thread to be a bashing contest on all recruiters. While I wasn't the luckiest recruit with mine, I am sure there are some great soldiers out there helping men and women to accomplish their goals through the Armed Forces.

No problems whatsoever, Army Recruiter said I was too thin and they couldn't waiver it. Too Bad I walked over to the Navy Recruiter they could waiver it and 21 years later I retired as a Navy Cryptologic Technician First Class. I am Grateful to both Gents!

LTC (Join to see) I was given a weight waver. I was 5'2" and 97lbs. I weighted the same until I had my first child. I still was within my weight when I gave birth. After having cancer and a hysterectomy did my weight get bad. Had the smallest size of boots too...size 3 still own them 25 yrs later.

LTC (Join to see) - Also Remember My TSCO Top Secret Control Operator asking for My Assistance dealing with a PEO (Presidents Eyes Only) Message. Yeah it was a Misroute, We Destroyed It and Replaced it with a Filler even Before We received the Svc Msg telling it was a Misroute. For Some Reason Someone thought the President was in London that Day.

I have to give props to an AF recruiter. He pulled me aside after taking the ASVAB and told me I should go to college.

Dude I volunteer my time to help veterans with PTSD. I always worked on taking care of soldiers and building up morale. I did spring cleanup, gate guard, and funeral detail with the soldiers to show them I was not too good to indulge in their less than palatable details. You have no clue who I am, so I beseech you to STFU because you come across as a judgmental and ignorant fool. What you said is quite stupid in the sense you know squat about me. Carry on asshole, to SFC (Join to see)
