Infamous Mexican drug lord and convicted murderer"El Chapo" has escaped twice now from prison. This time by using a mile long tunnel to escape a maximum security prison. What will it take to nab - and keep this guy behind bars? He obviously is able to still perform criminal activity from there. Is jailing him the best answer? And is it just me, or does he bear a striking resemblance to Charles Bronson?

We need to develop escape proof, corruption proof prisons like the one in that new Stallone movie where the prison was on a ship in the middle of the ocean.

Execution or our federal Super Max. That last one would seriously endanger our own people, so I think not taking him alive this go around is the only answer.
