What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)
**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

I would be filing a grievance to the IG. If she feels she is exempt from the standard, bring down the wrath.

The fact that she has gotten away with this as long as she has, and her alleged flippant attitude to criticisms helps strengthen the perception of a gap between SNCOs and the Junior enlisted.
Her appearance is a discredit to the uniform, and I think that we can all agree on that, but lack of leadership intervention is by far the biggest disappointment.
I've kicked Airmen, Soldiers and Sailors off my ops floor for uniform violations several times, and each time they are given an hour to correct it, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. This type of discipline is something that should have been a no brainer for anyone in her position.
A real shame

I'll take flack for saying this, but if it were a male CSM with hair touching his ears nobody here would give two squirts of piss.

I believe this is becoming more prevalent in our Army today. How many leaders have corrected another Soldier or NCO from another unit, only to have the corrected Soldiers NCO defend the violation based on their perception of the regulatory guidance.
The majority of NCOs will take a correction at face value, regardless of the rank of those that make the correction. However, we probably have all been blown off at some point by those that out rank us. Continue to be the stewards and teach our Soldiers what's right. Situations like this definitely do not make it any easier though.

What is interesting is that from the photos when she was assigned to the brigade when COL Jackson was the commander that her hair was within regulations. It would appear that the new brigade commander did not hold her to the standards.

A CSM is the highest enlisted person within their unit with the exception ofthe parent unit etc... I know... So don't waste your time trying to explain the chain of command. It is the CSM's main focus to uphold the standards and ensure that their subordinates to at least follow the standards or in most cases exceed them. That being said they are the ones leading by example and definitely need to adhere to the standards set forth by AR670-1 along with countless others.

From where I worked she'd really hate the result ? Worked with SUBLant and PAC Fleet she'd not have enough gold to back of of it !

This can not be serious. NO WAY!
And yes with tact I WOULD without doubt make an on the spot correction.
Just because its a CSM NCO'S are afraid to correct?

What is her background? White hat? MPI? I've seen some MPIs, back in my day, that looked as bad in unifrom as CID agents in uniform (normally only seen at graduation from courses at Fort Gordon when it was the MP School). Same same for CIC agents.

Imagine if a lower enlisted or even an NCO did this! No one would have it. This rank has its privilege crap is absurd.
