So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

A CSM is the highest enlisted person within their unit with the exception ofthe parent unit etc... I know... So don't waste your time trying to explain the chain of command. It is the CSM's main focus to uphold the standards and ensure that their subordinates to at least follow the standards or in most cases exceed them. That being said they are the ones leading by example and definitely need to adhere to the standards set forth by AR670-1 along with countless others.

This can not be serious. NO WAY!
And yes with tact I WOULD without doubt make an on the spot correction.
Just because its a CSM NCO'S are afraid to correct?

What is her background? White hat? MPI? I've seen some MPIs, back in my day, that looked as bad in unifrom as CID agents in uniform (normally only seen at graduation from courses at Fort Gordon when it was the MP School). Same same for CIC agents.

Imagine if a lower enlisted or even an NCO did this! No one would have it. This rank has its privilege crap is absurd.

I would be very interested to see the level of dirt she must be holding over her leadership. On the other hand, this is an product of the Army's drive to make it as hard as possible to administer punitive action against Senior Leadership. Senior Leaders, and lower level leaders, no longer fear the repercussions the Army can administer. Soldiers losing rank, especially Seniors, is such a rarity that they view themselves as untouchable. Although I do not feel I've been in long enough to see it myself, I remember historically that Leaders such as this have been relieved for less.

I can say this, I originally joined the army in 1999. Had a break in serviceof 7 years. I can tell you the majority of the senior NCOs on made tank because of the war. We lost great leaders either by getting tired of the bullshit or giving their lives for their country. I seen this type of soldier so many times. There not worthy of wearing the uniform.

This is a shame, and it is toxic to the enlisted in the chain of command. It is a CoC issue. The CO needs to intervene in this case.
I was raised that Enlisted handle our own issues, but at the CSM level they are subject to DA or their interface with officers to get their guidance. Unfortunately there will always be good NCOs and some that don't measure up.
Even during my active duty time I had to suck it up watching a new BN CSM come in from a prior posting as post CSM of Hohenfels and lecture us on being "all ate up" while standing in front of our formation in Ft Hood wearing scuffed up Mickey Mouse boots. Both weather inappropriate and not shined... didn't build much confidence in us.

ATE UP. I can't wait to see how this goes. I've seen so many comments. I don't feel bad for this CSM. You made your bed, time to lie in it. You can't hide from social media. She's 100% been put on blast.
