So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

The question I would be asking is how her NCOs and officers allowed her behavior, during her career, to reach this level.

There was an awesome meme on FB about her. She should have been relieved, removed, and retired. Too bad its an Army now a days that doesn't want to hurt any feelings.

Now,w/ this sxxt storm, will the SMA publicly address this matter so all of the RP respondents are informed? By saying, 'addressing', I am also inferring, would the SMA explain how in the blazes, this occurred and was allowed to fester to the point of having so many looks on RP, along w/ 1800? comments? The SMA needs to 'Ranger Up' on this one!

look at the way she wears her head dress, and her hair is in question with the current regulations, and I presume her attitude is substandard...now what corrections have been taken should have been at her superior level....unfortunately no action has been taken...is why it reached the level at hand. Action: 1) soldier disciplined ART15, Insubordination/unwilling to adhere to Military Policies/Standards of Personal conduct as a soldier. 2)immediate supervisor disciplined ART15, Insubordination-lack of supervision/failure to correct, failure to report insubordination of a lower ranking subordinate/soldier.

I been in the military for awhile now, and I seen this so much. I used to be that guy that would come up to the person and ask if there hair, or grooming, or nails is correct? Sometimes I would just ask because it looks "not right". I was told long time ago that if it makes you look twice then its probably wrong. I know male grooming, specially because I have a non-shaving profile at one point. So when I see people not shaved or styling their facial hair I am all over and call them out because I know the right way. Female grooming I will admit that I am not a SME. What I have done in the past is that I pulled one of my female highspeed NCOs and asked them what is the female grooming standard. Then I asked (pointed at the female that is in question) if that female looks right. If they tell me no then I have pulled the female to the side and asked whats the standard... pretty much I let them incriminate themselves and then let them know that I want to see it fixed or report to their first line supervisor, or they will go report to First Sergeant.

Its hard for anybody when the Soldier is higher rank. I know because we had this issue with a LTC and on top of that she was the S1. So she had power to make things go south for those who corrected her which is kind of intimidating. I can only see that no junior Soldier wanted to take on this CSM. Sadly, this brings down the morale and the respect of the Soldiers in the ranks and their perception of the command.

I am still having a hard time believing that fake hair and wigs are ok in the military. I dont think it should be because hats/covers never look right.

key word sir - pulling them to the side - there are many NCOs that are belittling other NCOs or Soldiers in front of others - this is the wrong answer and very unprofessional

Chief, just because minorities are not commenting doesn't mean that all this is racism. I wonder though how long has this been going on? How many other senior leaders looked the other way? So I am curious about the other side of the story. OK Rally Point, since this CSM has been drug over the coals I ask that any soldier that has had this leader make a positive difference in their lives or career please make you experience known. Let us know the other side of the story.

Her antics and constantly running to her boss got me fired from the BN S6 job (I was a brand new ADA 1LT converted to MP with no signal knowledge). I got loaned out to another unit and within a week was appointed as HHC Commander. So, in retrospect, that was a positive difference in my life......
