What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)
**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

We must keep and maintain the standards. We all can make mistakes but we need to accept our short falls when they are presented to us.

i agree with your comment 100%, Sergeant! and as a Retired SGT/E5, there was only one time where my Section Sergeant corrected me for my haircut being out of regs, and at the first available chance, i corrected that violation, and that was the end of it. and like i said, as a First-Line Supervisor, i set the standard to follow for the junior enlisted SPC/E4 & below, & i kept it simple & i never had to correct any of the soldiers in my squad. but i did have to spot-correct a few Basic Trainees for violations of AR670-1, but i always pulled them to the side to do that, i never did that in front of other Trainees though, although i would get the Trainees name, rank, Training Unit, and who their Drill Sergeant(s) were, and inform their Drill Sergeants & leave it at that

She's bringing discredit to the Army, the Senior Enlisted Corp, and women who have worked very hard to be taken seriously as military professionals. As someone else has put it, she needs to apologize and go away. Very disturbing in this day of a combat military that we would allow someone this incompetent to rise to the level of CMC.

This is on her and on the Brigade Commander. I'm glad social media was not around for most of my career. Truth is not a defense for disrespect. A solid MSG or 1SG in the brigade could have exercised some tactful, private upward leadership and fixed this problem before some career PFC took to Facebook.

I agree. She attacked anyone that tried to correct her. She drove them underground. There are countless soldiers in her BDE that are feeding info all over. They are doing this because they feel that there have no where else to turn. The COL is letting her get away with this. Do you think anyone is going to open door the DIV level CSM or CDR without the BDE CSM stopping them or even worse being attacked by this CSM later.

Troops go outside the chain of command when they do not trust it. This CSM needs to transition to civilian life most skosh!

I was in the 8th MP BDE, 142MP Co. to see that and how the leader of prior BDE is totally ignoring the basic discipline of a soldier is just upsetting and am beginning to wonder how the BDE is doing. i am just hoping that the rest of soldiers keep holding on to what they know is right and not follow stupidity. "Regulators"

There are some good ones. Their BDE page had some but once this broke they took just about anything with her in it down.

That hoodrat is definitely impersonating a CSM, she's nuttin more than a spec-9! She looks like one of the fat Albert kids. I guess clothing sales got five fingered some CAV badges

I'd speak with her first. Since I outrank her, I make sure I'd bring a witness, of equal or higher rank than her. I'd stay professional and remain that way. If she strays from respect, I lock her up and chew her out. Then I'll go to see her CO to tell about it.

That's the way it is supposed to be done if you want it to stick sir. I have a feeling this individual has danced around a few of these evals?

SFC Jim Ruether - I still believe in ol' school discipline. Wall-to-Wall counseling is key, plus taking privileges away is paramount too.

It takes one person in the right to correct a problem like this. If she wants to invite a hell storm about this then so be it she brings it upon herself.

I have no sympathy on those whom purposely violate the rules. I don't know if they are seeking attention, or think they can get away with it because of their position. I think it's the latter more than the former. I hope she has corrected her ways and now she is within standards.

If a Col. is not going to handle this I believe a General needs to step in and get the backing of congress to put this disrespectful CSM at check she's using her gender to get away with whatever she wants. And shame on her leaders for letting her do this, my opinion get rid of her it's just going to get worse.

This senior NCO thinks she's being "harassed"? Really?
Either she is compliant with Army regulations regarding her appearance or she isn't!
If there is ANY f-king confusion in her mind, then her next level of leadership needs to get off their asses and bring clarity to her special case.
This woman is a disgrace and apparently believes that she, like many of her community, don't have to adhere to standards imposed by others!
