What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Tread lightly. Looks like a lot of friendly fire happening. http://www.inthearenafitness.com/index.php/flournoy-cries-bullying
GOOOOOOOOD MORNING AMERICA!!! Picture me sitting behind my microphone right now much like the scene when Robin Williams (may he truly rest in peace) screams out from behind his microphone covered in a light sheen of sweat from the intense humidity of Viet Nam.

I can think of a way she got to where she is..... The same reason why women shouldn't be in combat units. The same reason if you are a heterosexual male in America you are a 2nd class citizen

CPT Russell Pitre - there are always exceptions to the rule but if you did statistical analysis on value added for women in combat roles, it wouldn't add up :)

SGT (Join to see) - I agree in general but there are going to be that one in a million that is better than your average male. If she can surpass the male standards then I really don't have an issue.

That is understandable as long as it doesn't cost the army millions of dollars to create new facilities. if women in an infantry unit do not cost the army anymore money for them to be located with in infantry unit then I see no problem. This is how I would look at it as myself being a project manager for multibillion dollar company .
As far as other studies are concerned Marines recently did a study with women in infantry units those results tended to be lacking

While serving, there were a SMSgt (E8) Production Super that who always had his hair long. He was so good at his job that no one ever questions or asked him to get a haircut.
Not saying I support that, but if asked by leadership, I'm pretty sure he'd comply.

I was fortunate to have had some pretty awesome CSM's in the Army. IF there was ever an issue we didn't take it personal for sure, but we usually checked each other out and made on the spot correction if needed - which was so seldom I couldn't recall a single instance. If I remember correctly, I believe that most grooming standards were noticed while in the field, never in garrison. BUT, IF I ever had a CSM like this one, I'd call her on it ever fricking time no matter what she tried to pull in retribution. If I set the example, YOU better set the example or higher!

She should retire since she is no longer going to adhere to AR 670-1 herself as a simple standard we all had to confirm to as a soldier and as a leader she should get out since she can't follow a simple order as the regulation calls for.

It's embarrassing to all the CSM's that have busted their balls to get where they are.
