So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

This is a CSM? W. T. F? Just proves the Peter Principle.

You are the first to mention that. But I don't think that applies. She hit that long before CSM.

I personally would have followed their example and if i were to get corrected i would have informed them of the CSM who was not following the standards. Lead by Example. I truely hope no other soldiers were badly influenced by this CSM.

Just fake an accident in her way (water bottle spill, for starters). Useless? Yes. Giving her a hint about her double-standards? Yes.

I retired 16 years ago, so don't vote me down just for asking this question. During my 20 years of service, there was a noticeable difference in the moral and general atmosphere depending on which political party was in office. I will not say to which end, as you may see this as well. The only way that I could see this type of behavior is if the military (Army) was lowering their expectations, or at least this unit has. Can anyone else explain how a CSM could simply drop the standards, that I am sure she had to uphold prior to obtaining this position?

oh how social media has changed things. It appears to me that the entire leadership is lacking. If one of my soldiers had posted this on any social media outlet there would have been some discipline applied. you keep stuff like this in the unit, you do not have to respect the person, but you had better respect the position. There are poor leaders every where in every service, train your soldiers the correct way to do things and lead by your own example. Do your job and move on.

Can't she be forced to forfeit her pay while being so blatantly out of uniform for the entire time she didn't comply with the reg's?

She has a choice and so does her commander. Comply with 670-1 and clean up her act or voluntarily separate from the service. I can't believe her CO is standing up for her. Doesn't that place his position as her commander in jeopardy also? Maybe they both need to step down???????????

SFC Jim Ruether - well so far history has show no one has enforced the standards to her.. But if you think politically, if I'm the commander and i never addressed it, then when asked, i might as well stick with the story that "i have always thought she's within regs"..The stand your ground mentality.. Catching my drift?

SFC Jim Ruether - Her LinkedIn profile page does not indicate that she is transitioning at this time. Note that the MPRA recommends that members should have an account on that service.
