What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Who is that loser? A CSM? Why was she deployed? She should have been chaptered out and given an IR Dumb discharge.

everyone is afraid to correct due to here using her "race card." its racist is you correct her and she using that card. its sad but true to say it multiple people like that in military. people are afraid to say something for fear of being politically incorrect. Only the ango- soldiers are ever corrected or accused of racial issues but reality the organization is doing systemic racial organizational issues in military. Anyone else not Anglo-soldiers uses the race card to advance themselves and call eeo at first chance if they are corrected. Instead of being trying to stand out and what separates us is these issues, lets unite people instead of calling people african, asian, hispanic, or native-american just call them an american soldier why does race have to in front of their name. that gives people like her an out to use race to get her way.

Hmm I just wonder who is she doing to be able to get away with this ,or maybe she is playing with or is carry her own personal deck of cards :1. She is carrying the women's card ,2.she is carrying the race card. ,3.She will play the victim card.
And it wont be long until she goes to the I.G. or to the white house or to the NAACP , it would be a sad day if she gets the Black Panthers or the BLM mobb at your front gates ..

I cannot believe that the Army is so bad off that no one will dress this CSM down for her complete disrespect to the service. Play the race card? So what? I guess Army brass just can't measure up like Marine Corps brass, apples and oranges?

One of the biggest problems with the Army today is the touchy Feely mentality that has been placed in the forefront of some of the Senior leadership minds. My last duty position prior to retirement was as a Guidance counselor at a MEPS. I was called on the carpet for upholding the standards as outlined in the appropriate regulations. I was informed at that time to adjust the standards down to the level in which these NCO'S were capable of understanding. I suggested that the individuals in question should be replaced with individuals who were capable of accepting the challenge of conducting operations within regulatory guidance. I was summarily dismissed from the office and then received a call from the CSM the next day informing me that we were at the top of USAREC for Conversion and write rates, and to keep up the good work. Where does the hypocrisy end.

This should be a HUGE wake up call for the army as a whole, if a damn CSM fails to meet the standards of AR 670-1, then how the the hell can you hold the lower ranks to the standard? She is an absolute JOKE, I hope for the sake of 8TH MP BDE, she gets maxed out for this absurd presence. I bet my ass that she would tear someone up for any discrepancy, and hold NCO's accountable for their lack of standards, yet look at her own mess. I've already sent her pictures to every CSM I know, including I.G. Thats a GREAT part of getting out of the army, you can report violations without any stress of reprisals!

The military is now training E-9s...not leaders that would be a SGM, Chief, or Master Chief. Those are terms of respect and many have not earned it and are strictly E-9s with no leadership abilities.
