What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

i think that it has been resolved, because from what i read, the Sergeant Major of the Army got involved & informed that CSM that she was not conforming to the Army standards

And once upon a time I wanted to be one of the very few female csms...but chose to get out because I almost lost my stripes for posting and upside down flag on my Facebook...and I didn't get in trouble for a flag respect infraction, but rather because I was a racist and didn't like Obama.

there was a LTG Flournoy who posted on here a few days ago defending the CSM. Yes LTG. Once it was pointed out that there is no LTG Flournoy in the United States Army, the post was quickly deleted.

CPT Russell Pitre - it probably was , sir, and i would not put it past that CSM to do something like that, but from what i have read, the Sergeant Major of the Army got involved & must have corrected the problem

Art 15 or UCMJ...nothing more to say !! I have seen good soldiers "corrected" this way for less than that, or for honest mistakes!! but in this case, she is doing it intentionally !! bad example !!

If you can't get it changed I would request a transfer to another unit. If the COC is so fouled up they can't deal with a haircut issue among other things you'd be better off to move on sir.

LOL. You would figure if she was gonna be ate up like that, she would be the nicest CSM ever. LOL. In today's age its so easy to snap a pic post on the net and tag ARMY WTF on Facebook, twitter, hell tag SMA. If I seen her I would personally keep it moving and mind my business, depending if I felt like being yelled at or scolded by her. Obviously she made it that far looking like that so EVERYONE above my rank and pay grade sees it and hasn't corrected it. Im sure she wouldn't listen to me.
