So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

If I was a commander I would pull up the regs to tell her she is wrong, she is sending a wrong message, and she better change because she is in a very ceremonial position. However her uni-brow can stay.

I love how every person in a senior leadership position on this thread is saying things like "theses soldiers should have gone to IG" and "Posting things online is not the way to handle this" when they allowed this dumpster fire to burn rampantly enough for the civilian world to smell it. How many Colonels, Majors, Captains, Sergeant Majors and First Sergeants had to interact with this hot mess on a daily basis and did NOTHING to rectify the situation. You hypocrites want to quote the "Army Values" and say things like "soldiers should have had the personal courage to IG" when these purported leaders themselves did not have the Personal Courage to do anything, or Respect their soldiers enough to handle a toxic leader. This is why soldiers DID NOT go to IG because they did not trust their leadership because their leadership did not adhere to the Army Values themselves, and then that same leadership has the audacity to act like someone shat their pants in a crowded elevator when this kind of thing blows up on them. These same leaders have peers not meeting the standard and they do nothing to fix the situation because they themselves don't want to hurt their career, but then expect a solider E-6 or less to commit career suicide to then have that same soup sandwich leadership protect the dumpster fire of incompetence and bury any investigation that does not help the command leadership. This is why soldiers have started shaming leadership online, because you've left this avenue as the only recourse to salvage (because it's clearly to late to fix) these situations. So tell me which bugs you worse 1) That this wasn't handled through your broken system that allows toxic leadership like this to face no accountability because of weak leadership or 2) That you're leadership position is one viral post away from becoming non-existent because you yourself are a toxic leader and don't want the status quo changed. How about leaders actually admit they screwed up and let this hot garbage fester for too long at the cost of probably a few good soldiers careers or career aspirations, and maybe they can gain the intestinal fortitude to not let leadership like this remain in leadership positions, but of course I'm probably just pissing in the wind.

wearing the badging for air assult and airbourne is kinda weird here, she just took the course when offered for promotion points and most likely never served in the capacity of either job, if that's the case shes just power triping, I served better than 19 years, and had multiple chances to go to air assult and airbourne schools, but I didn't go because im NOT doing that job, and served me little in my line of work, I saw plenty of others go for it and like her are wearing those badges, but other than school, never droped out of the sky from either bird, I read her bio and it is kinda impressive, but, half of the credits in it are really not earned, some body puts you in for it and it gets awarded to you, the rest of them she earned, overseas ribbons, coria defence, ect, yea I agree, but some of her bio is pure smoke and mirrors, im just wondering who she answers to in her LARGE job, there has to be a col. above her, and if hes LETTING her get away with her violations of 670-1 then its his fault as well, maby shes earning her SPECIAL treatment the EASY way, and, 1 more thing, associating her with audi murphy is not a credit to the great man, showing her true colors while, the young soldier was paying his respects to a fallen brother is and her LESS than respectfull words and actions is very a bad example for the troops below her, her commander should be held just as accountable for her violations of 670-1 and her disrespect ! the loss of some young soldiers due to not re-uping can be attributed to people just like her,

if she gave me slack, id have walked into jag, with photos in hand, screw her, where I come from, we all followed the same regs, and we ALL knew we needed each other, and if the cook got doged out, there was hell to be paid in the near future, same with us mechanics, I had a e-7 with a bad attitude dog me in the track park, bad move on his part, my guys stood behind me, and his entire company paid the price, they squared his ass away real quick, and all we did was follow the book ! and the same book we ALL followed was the same one that had them work till 9 and 10 every dam night when they all wanted to be in a bar or a club somewhere, lol, she sounds to me like a power triping bitch ! id gamble on saying shes going to catch hell for her power trip !

Given her choice of hair color, she could vote for Comb-over the Clown

I am never this guy, but if that particular Senior refuses to fix themself, then the only option left is to take it up the chain. There is ALWAYS someone higher than you, so no one is infallible. If they are ignoring regs, refusing to correct themselves, and making an ass out of us all, then it's time for them to go!

I've only on the rarest occasion had to make an on the spot correction of a senior. Discretely off to the side and respectfully. Usually a lose bootlace etc, and never once was blown off. SSG Wiskey
