So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

I would contact my congressman. Sadly that is all you can do when you under the reign of terror of a bad NCO. For me what compounds this particular issue is the fact that the CSM was also a police officer and is supposed to measure up to an even higher standard. Sadly, this pathetic excuse of a soldier will wind up as a civilian cop with a union rep. I feel for the civilian lives that she will undoubtedly impact in the future.

The only good thing I can say is all the commanders I have had would have sent her down the road.

She is a self serving POS and I will bet you good money she has been that way since she first joined the Army.

First I would verify the regulations to insure what they stated. Then I would ask the Chain of command if there was a variance approved by the Commander to the AR to allow what I am seeing. If there is no variance stipulated, then I would approach the CSM myself and very respectfully point out the errors in his/her appearance in reference to the AR.
If I got anything but a respectful response with a (what I would consider a valid reason), I would move up the chain of command with my concerns about a Senior NCO not setting the standards and showing that is ok to modify the uniform as one sees fit.

Other than that, not much I could do, except to continue demonstrating the correct way to Soldier and present ones self.

After reading most of the comments, most of us are in agreement that something about this should have been done a long time ago and the unit leaders also need to be held accountable. However, I think this goes back to the notion that senior leaders get away with a lot more than the junior Soldiers or junior NCOs. It's sad to say this, but I have no faith in the Army doing anything about this. She's put in her 20+ years and she's going to retire with a nice paycheck, no questions asked. There is an obvious double-standard and the Army will never do anything about it.

To Whomever it may concern,

Maybe it's me, but I thought "rally point" was all about mentoring or giving sound advice to masses about trying to be the very best in our profession and not to ridicule someone, regardless of the situation. Most of you are just as wrong as the CSM depicted in these photos. I have yet to read a professional response to posting. I've read nothing but personal responses to the post but I'm willing to bet no one here sent a direct message to her social media page or email to address your concerns. "No one is more Professional than I", I think I read that somewhere before?!

Doesn't surprise me at all, the Army promotes to SFC NCOs of this nature all the time, and they will do it again this year. I was shocked when I found my old PSG who was busted to E6, removed from her position and with a demeanor that would make you scratch your head, selfishness and a big mouth that you just would want to get out fast when you heard it. She got picked up for E7 in 2013 with a sequence number of, but yet the Army is "thinning out ranks" and "keeping the cream of the crop", yea right, not true.

CPT Russell Pitre - although this has been posted elsewhere on RP felt it should also go here in this thread to add some measure of closure to what you started. Would like to see her before and after photos. She definitely was treated gently and kindly with kid gloves on this one.
